Last Review: If you like an unconventional trendy dining experience, than this is the place for you. The whole set up is based around a tasting menu, where small portions are ordered individually. This is fun but gets VERY expensive very fast. Try the champagne sampling. IT's worth the money and cool to try with friends.

Last Review: Best real French crepes ever in the LA area. And i know what I'm talking about since I'm French myself. After 5 years of searching for traditional and flavorful French crepes I found this little place and i can only say it was sooooo good i had a 2nd serving of the same crepe (nutella + strawberries). My boyfriend had a savory crepes (made with whole wheat and served with non-sweet toppings) and it was as amazing. I could talk about these crepes for hours (in fact i talked about them all day long after lunch) but instead I'll just say: if you are looking for pure French homemade crepes (not the greasy ones with tons of sauce as you often find in other would-be crepes restaurants) then don't look further: It's a real eating pleasure! Last Review: Great food, nice decor. Delicious beginning espresso sized cup of lobster bisque was served complimentary to start of the meal. Braised short ribs are excellent. Not as wild about the fish but one visit is not really a good sampling. Great wine list with some very good yet reasonably priced wine. Of course the meal isn't cheap but it's French, what do you expect?

Last Review: We went with a party of 5 on a Wednesday night. The service was excellent but the fish just did not taste fresh. The seared scallops were great. The mackerel, toro and yellow tail sushi were just ok, but the spicy tuna roll tasted off. When I asked the waitress she said it was because the roll is not prepared with any mayonnaise. I don't understand how mayonnaise could cover that much fishiness. I wish the food was better because the atmosphere and the staff were pleasant.

Last Review: Now this place is called KAFFE ROUGE, and one word AMAZING! Bird Cage did suck, but the new owners that made a 100% transformation from what it was and what it is will blow your mind away. It's a nice, classy, yet casusal place to smoke delicious hookah and eat the most awesome food at. I really like it and I'm there ATLEAST once a week! You wont regret it, it's a nice place to check out =)

Last Review: 7/3/09 Cafe Bizou Over all C-. Service was B-. Waitress was attentive but uninformed, when asked what kind of fish it was, thought Superior Lake fish was a kind of fish. Duh, trout, pickerel or??? Sand dabs were over cooked. The ?to die for bouillabaisse?, died before it was served. Broth was bland. Instead of shrimp and scallops it had carrots and potatoes. I suppose for under $20 it was what I should have expected.
